Effective date: October 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how David Shapiro collects, uses, and protects information when you use this website and related services.

Information Collected

The contact form collects information you voluntarily submit, such as your name, email address, and message. When you purchase a shirt, Stripe collects your payment and contact details. The order service passes the name, email, phone number, and shipping address needed to fulfill your order to Printify. Card numbers and security codes are handled directly by Stripe and do not pass through our order service.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, process and fulfill purchases, provide order updates, and help with customer support. The order database stores payment and fulfillment references, selected products, amounts, and processing status. It does not store a separate copy of your name, email, phone number, shipping address, or card details.

Third-Party Services

This website uses Formspree for contact forms, Stripe for checkout and payments, and Printify for printing and delivery. The order service is designed to run on Cloudflare. These providers process information under their own privacy policies. Stripe and Printify retain the customer information needed to provide their services.

Data Sharing

Personal information is not sold. Information is shared only when required to operate website features or comply with legal obligations.

Data Retention

Messages and contact information are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for communication and record-keeping. Order references and transaction records are retained for fulfillment, support, and accounting. The order service does not intentionally log customer addresses or payment details.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information submitted through this website by contacting the email below.

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and personal information is not knowingly collected from children under 13.
